0.3mp MIPI CSI2 interface with ISP camera module
This is a MIPI CSI 0.3MP small size camera, usually be used in feature phones, Notebook and desktop PC cameras and Digital still cameras and camcorders, but now more and more projects are going to use it in AI doorbell for face recognition, toys, endoscope, Video telephony and conferencing equipment, and industrial and environmental systems.
It’s cheap, stable, tiny and easy to hide. MIPI CSI camera has strong anti-interference ability, easily avoid distracting lines in the camera. Two wire power supply:AVDD: 2.7V~3V IOVDD: 1.7V~3V, lower power consumption 80mW@30 fps. It can help to extend the battery life of cell phones, PDAs, and a wide variety of mobile applications.
With active image array of 648×488 pixels, this 0.3mp small size camera module delivers superior image quality by powerful on-chip design of a 10-bit ADC, and embedded image signal processor. The digital signals are processed in the ISP Block, including Bayer interpolation, denoise, color correction, gamma correction, data format conversion and so on. Users can easily control these functions via two-wire serial interface bus. With various data formats, such as Bayer RGB, RGB565, YCbCr 4:2:2, it can be used in most platforms.
The lens can be customized, any kind of FOV, any kind of focus length, for most customers’ different kind of requirements.
